The Pathfinder® is a 100/200 W siren and light controller with a PA and noise-canceling microphone. It offers integrated dual-tone capability with two speakers, Rumbler® traffic clearing, and optional FS Vehicle Integration/On-Board Diagnostics (OBDII). It includes a library of selectable siren tones such as SmartSiren®, Unitrol™, PA300, and Powercall, along with programmable inputs and solid-state relay outputs. The Convergence Network Configuration Software allows for customization, with two FS Convergence Network ports. Standard digital voice messages are available in English, Spanish, and French Canadian, with custom messages for an additional fee. The Pathfinder comes with a five-year warranty.

Pathfinder® is available in self-contained controls, remote surface-mount control heads, or handheld control heads. It supports dual-tone and integrated Rumbler capabilities and is easy to install using Convergence Network Configuration Software, available for download from the Federal Signal website. This software allows for high-level customization and control over the siren and light functions. The Pathfinder can manage the SignalMaster™ directional functions and Latitude™ 3-wire SignalMaster for a seamless operation.

Controller Features:
Pathfinder controllers offer customized control for sirens, warning lights, directional lights, and accessories. The button color and brightness can be programmed, with labeling stickers provided for further customization. The control head can emulate SignalMaster patterns for visual reference.

Self-contained and Remote Surface Mount Controller:
These models feature a four-position progressive slide switch, seven-position rotary switch, and nine backlit buttons. The noise-canceling microphone connects directly to the control head via an RJ11 connector, with an optional ¼" jack microphone plug available.

Handheld Controller:
This controller has 14 backlit buttons, volume control, and a push-to-talk button. It includes a magnetic mount with brackets for fixed or swivel mounting and an integrated microphone.

17-Button Controller:
Features a four-position progressive slide switch and 17 backlit buttons. The control head emulates SignalMaster patterns, and the noise-canceling microphone connects via RJ11. An optional ¼" jack microphone plug is available.

4-Button Controller:
Includes four backlit buttons and a control head that emulates SignalMaster patterns. The included noise-canceling microphone uses a ¼" jack plug.

6-Button Controller:
This model includes six backlit buttons and a four-position progressive slide switch, with the control head emulating SignalMaster patterns and a ¼" jack plug microphone.

Amplifier Features:
Pathfinder default siren tones include Wail, Yelp, Priority, Manual/Peak-and-Hold, Hi-Lo, Powercall, and Air Horn. Additional tones such as Unitrol™ branded tones are available. The amplifier supports horn ring transfer, Park, Ignition, and general-purpose inputs for various functions. The built-in timer feature allows multiple time settings for connected devices, minimizing unauthorized use.

Integrated Rumbler® Capability:
The Pathfinder offers built-in Rumbler traffic clearing without a separate amplifier. Configurations include various combinations of siren speakers and Rumbler speakers for single or dual-tone outputs.

Steady Burn Models:
Exterior lights can be controlled with Pathfinder, allowing for flash patterns, syncing, and dimming.

FS Vehicle Integration/On-Board Diagnostics Integration (OBDII):
This feature uses a vehicle-specific cable for seamless integration, reducing the need for separate wiring for certain options.

Programming Software Features:
The Convergence Network Configuration Software allows for easy programming and cloning of siren functions. Configurations can be managed via a laptop and downloaded to each siren.

Rear Expansion Module (EXPMOD-2):
Provides 16 additional flashing outputs and two control outputs, simplifying installation and enhancing control over vehicle lighting.

24-Channel Expansion Module (EXPMOD24):
Offers 24 additional flashing outputs with high customization capability, suitable for under-the-hood mounting.

Power Distribution Module (PFPDM-1):
Streamlines installation and enhances reliability with diagnostic LEDs for quick troubleshooting.

On Scene Sync Module (PFSYNC-1):
